A fair approach for the best results
Listed buildings can be extremely rewarding to work on, but the nature of the project can make it much harder to accurately predict costs and time frames for the works. This is partly due to unknowns about the buildings themselves, and it’s partly due to the approval processes that go with protected properties. For this reason, we do not provide fixed quotes for works on listed buildings. We can estimate a time frame and will set that against a day rate. We will then communicate openly with you, so you remain fully informed at all stages of the project. Once any planning approval and architectural plans are in place, we will provide:
