Barn Conversion, Ludbrook, Ivybridge

Originally a hayloft built in the 1800s, this barn has been given a complete conversion with a new elevation to the front and side extension. Traditional stone walling meets Siberian Larch cladding externally with a full Zinc roof throughout. Sympathetically converted inside with new bathrooms, walk-in shower and open plan kitchen. With the additional of a ground source heat pump system, our client was delighted with the finished result.
