New Build in Modbury

This New Build property located in Modbury was constructed in 2022 and completed in 2023. The main focus was to create a new family home to a traditional barn conversion style. Stone clad exterior walls with double AA graded Cedar cladding, powder coated aluminium windows and triple bi-fold front elevation doors. The property is heated by an air source heat pump and underfloor heating.

Our signature attention to detail was carried out throughout the internal fittings, with particular attention to the tiling in the wet areas and the cut down brick tiling in the kitchen. The client was delighted with the final result, completed on time and within budget.
