The Old Coach House, Modbury

A demolition of the The Old Coach House followed by a complete groundworks up new build. We used traditional materials where possible including stonewalling, with modern materials throughout including a timber frame first floor topped off with a Zinc roof. With an immaculate attention to detail, we completed the internal layout, installation of the bathrooms and open plan kitchen to create this gorgeous home for our clients and friends in Modbury.
