A luxury New Build in Thurlestone

This luxury property in Thurlestone was once a 1960s bungalow. The owners, who live in Birmingham, had a luxurious vision, wanting to transform the building into a contemporary holiday home that made the most of the sea views and exceptional coastal location.

Once they had planning permission, we worked with them from demolition through to decoration, from the custom-made staircase to the made to measure windows. As they did not live close by, we communicated regularly on Zoom as well as providing email, phone and video updates until the project was successfully completed.
