Renovation and Extension in Modbury

At this beautiful house in Modbury, we were recruited for a complete renovation of the house as well as the construction of two extensions. The works transformed the appearance and configuration of the property both inside and out. It included moving interior walls, changing the windows and complete redecoration, including plumbing and wiring.

The first extension was a sun lounge, the second was an oak framed porch at the front of the house, for which we liaised with a local carpenter and sourced the wood from Diptford. The owner also wanted to build a garage, which he chose to do himself, so we prepared the groundworks.
