Renovation and Extension in Thurlestone

The owners of this home in Thurlestone came to us at a time when they wanted to update it for modern living. The property had not had anything done to it for around 30 years, and the layout needed to be changed and some additions made to make it feel like a modern home. We took down several interior walls, added a balcony, redecorated and organised the associated plumbing and electrics.

At the time, the owners lived in London, but wanted to make the property their main residence after the works were completed, so we communicated via Zoom, providing email, phone, and video updates as well. They have since moved to the property full-time and have employed us on additional projects to add to the property further.
